We have been using Bill Clontz since we moved here in 1995. We added on to our home and needed to see if our heat pump would have enough capacity for the extra rooms. We had a few companies come in and give us estimates and all but Bill's estimate said we would need to replace our whole system with a bigger unit. Not only did Bill tell us that we didn't need to replace our unit, he did a total evaluation of the house and did a heat loss and cooling analysis calculation. He was the only company that did this. He told us that our new master bedroom would be a touch cooler in the winter as it was the furthest away from the inside unit, but our unit could handle the new square footage. He ran new fiberglass insulated ducting which he also does math calculations in order to get the best efficiency. The duct work looked like art work as it was done so neatly and professionally. In the meantime, Bill has kept our old heat pump running all these years by repairing it even though it is over 26 years old. We did have to replace the outside condenser as the compressor let go but due to Bill, we haven't had to replace our inside unit yet. Bill is a straight shooter and won't rip you off or sell you a song and dance. If it's bad, he will tell you and you can rest assured that you are in great hands with a great guy that won't hard sell you. Ask any of his customers and I know they will tell you the same.

I HIGHLY recommend Bill Clontz Heating & Cooling. Our AC went out over the summer and was repaired by them. Our home was built in 2012 so the entire system was original. We had two other companies come out and try to sell us brand new systems, which were very expensive. Our desire was to repair what we had, but we were told it wasn't worth the money to do so. We were ready to pull the trigger on the entire new system and something told me to get another opinion. I called Bill Clontz Heating & Cooling for an appointment. Bill came out and said he could repair what we had and it was worth it to do so. The repairs were scheduled and made as promised and the AC worked like new! We could not have been happier with the entire process. We will continue to use Bill Clontz Heating & Cooling! Thank God I got another opinion!!

Bill Clontz is the best in the business. His longevity in the field is very evident. There was nothing he couldn't answer. We had a duct work system replaced out of our home that was built in the 60s. He was able to calculate the airflow to each room in the house to make it more efficient and comfortable. When the ductwork system install was finished, we could instantly tell the difference in our house. I never knew I could be so excited about new ductwork! I think the new found efficiency of our home will pay dividends. His crew was also very knowledgeable and courteous. They treat your home as if it were theirs. It's rare to find affordability with the quality of work these days, but Bill Clontz's Heating and Air Company really hits the mark. My family couldn't be happier. I would definitely use him or any of his crew again!!!
